“Rooms smelt musty, damp and old. The air conditions in all 3 rooms my family were in looked like the filters have never been cleaned. Disappointed that they were in such bad shape. We've stayed here many times before and they weren't a whole lot better. We will think twice before we stay there again.”

“It was very busy this weekend so I understand staff having challenges, but when we arrived no one was available to check us in at 7pm so not super late and calling 0 like the sign said rang and rang and rang until we gave up. The room smelled like smoke, but was otherwise not bad. The bathroom appears to have had some water damage but they just painted over so the wall looks like it might be decaying. The lights in the pool area did not work, it looked like potentially a breaker was blown but……

“Had to literally call someone on the phone to come to front desk to check in, window missing in or open in food area because air was off in lobby area. Most importantly killed cockroaches in our room - very disgusting! Broken glass in parking lot - definitely went down hill from the previous year and there was no breakfast. Ice machine not working… list just kept adding up - felt like we should have got our money back or should have been told about the property. Plus the property going thru……

“Breakfast was toast & cereal, bananas & 1 day had apples. Store bought little Debbie snack. No yogurt, etc . Bathroom needs updated, paint, cleaned. had to push room doors shut to latch. Great location. Rooms nice other than bathroom”

“When we first drove by the property appeared abandoned. We could see junk piled in windows, overgrown lawn/weeds, and trash all over by the side and back entrances. When we went inside to check in the lady at the desk said "can i help you?" I let her know I had a reservation and she rolled her eyes and sat down. I gave her my name, she printed a paper, slapped it down, didn't say a word, handed me cards, and turned and walked outside to smoke. We found our room and determined we should move our……

“This is Our New "MUST STAY HERE" in Stillwater-The building has be been Tastefully Updated...I cannot adequately put premium into words how PLEASED we were with our entire 2night stay here at Stillwater Country Inn & Suites !!! From the wonderful desk person, at check-in to walking in to our Clean, spacious room, comfy bed, quality Linens (personally, I loved the new plank type floors in the room as opposed to tired out carpeting in many other properties) ...to each morning Lovely Cheerful……
