“The setting was beautiful. The grounds were beautifully planted with flowers. There was evidence of construction activity and a blue tarp which is somewhat expected in summer Alaska, but still a bit of an eyesore when staying at a nice place. The interior is slightly dated and the common area is very small making it uncomfortable for more than one party to use the inside common area at one time. This is all in regarding the main house where there are three guest rooms in the downstairs of……
“The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy and the linens weren't scratchy. I liked that they had multiple different weight/warmth blankets. We used the propane fire pit on the deck at night and it made for a perfect night. The bathroom was huge and very clean. Breakfast was great and they even packed a breakfast for us on the day we had an early excursion.”
