“I stayed there for three days, bou on second day, no room make up, so I need to ask shampoo, body wash and towels. That was bad experience.”

“We felt comfortable and relaxed during nine day stay. The environment is quiet. Although the location is situated in Spring Hill, it takes only 10 mins walking to the City - Central Station and King George Square. ”

“cockroaches found every night in the room, pest control necessary. No electricity in the room at midnight twice in the row, electrician necessary. others are ok. plenty of parking, good.”

“The cleaness of hotel is extremely poor. We just stay one night but we found at least four cockroach in the room! They appeared on the bed,wall and above the refrigerator! It is a terrible experience. I do not recommend this for anyone. The bathroom is also very small and the another worse thing is there is no hot waterfor bathing! I believe hot water and cleaness is basic requirement for hotel. The Cliff House really disappoint me.”

“Clean and conveniently located. Staff were friendly. A couple small improvements would be wifi was rather slow, though this may be the area more than anything. Also the water pressure was a little weak and ran out of hot water rather quickly. Would happily stay again though.”
