I would rate The Ridge as ordinary. The room we had was tired and in need of a bit of care and attention. The towel rack on the back of the bathroom door was just about detached from the door. The front panel of a drawer in a cabinet in the main room looked as if it had been pulled off and not properly replaced. The building is also very noisy with loud traffic all night and (rubbish) trucks early in the morning. All in all nothing to be we could have done better.

Bed and bathroom are clean. The rest of the apartment looked dirty but that was mainly due to staining on the carpet, furniture and all over the ceiling from water leaking. Our parking spot was taken one night too , and we had to risk parking in another spot that could be towed as we couldn't get in touch with anyone from the hotel as it was after 5pm. Staff were friendly.
