“We loved the Emperor's suite! This was the perfect alternative to a hotel for us. The suite was cute and cozy with a barndimonium/cabin feel. This is a beautiful property and there were many family-friendly activites! There was a little confusion on our booked dates, but Tina handled it quickly and professionally. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! The only negative was that the floors were very dirty in our unit. ”

After that though it went downhill. the room was clean at first glance, but after that, I realized it was not that clean. The air filters were dirty. The HVAC unit sounded and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The paint looked like it was covering up other issues. Things were broken in the bathroom and room.
