“When we arrive the hotel, the front desk told us no rooms for us”

“We stayed for 3 nights. The amenities shown on the website are not available. There was no room cleaning service available. This wouldn't have been a big deal if they had even just knocked on our door and offered us fresh towels or to collect our trash daily. We had to request fresh towels at the front desk everyday. We had to collect our own trash and set it outside our room. The toilet was dirty when we checked in. The toilet seat broke away from the toilet bowl the morning before checkout. It……

“The front desk person was kind and helpful. We had to switch rooms upon check in because of the smell of weed. She was very apologetic and quickly moved us a a different floor with a clean room. ”

“This house was an absolutely perfect place for us to stay on our business trip. It was clean, had great amenities, plenty of room and was easy to get around to/from. Highly recommend!”
