“Parking was close by and cheap, staff was friendly, hotel was clean and spacious. Would book here again”

“The property looked very nice. However, the elevators were not working properly. The elevator would go up when down was selected, and then go down. There was no plate in the microwave for warming food. The iron did not heat properly. Otherwise the hotel was nice and I would stay there again.”

“We love staying at all the Drury’s and look for them whenever and wherever we go. The staff was excellent except one person. They kept our room and the inside very well maintained. On the other hand, we were not notified that the swimming pool was down and was just opening the day we left. The outside sidewalk concrete was finished before we got there and never had the caution tape or the comes removed for the 5 days we were there. Hopefully we will have a better experience on our next……

“Amazing stay”

“All of my problems were Housekeeping problems. They include: only 1 tissue in box in bathroom / no light bulb in light next to one bed / clock did not work / sink in bathroom would not drain / kept call service number with no one answering it / tried to talk with maid who seemingly did speak english / the way that one shower door was fixed, you had to lean in to tirn shower on and got blasted with cold water.”

“There were people in the hall knocking on doors asking for help. This was in the late hours of the evening. I tried to call the front desk in order to notify them but the phone in the room did not work. I called the front desk from my cell phone but did not get an answer. This lasted at least 15 minutes. It was upsetting. The remote control cover for the batteries was gone. The fan in the bath room did not work. It was hot in there after showering. Caused us to sweat There were coffee stains……
