“There were several issues about this property that made us regret this booking. First, the bathroom door in our room did not close at all. Second, there was no door separating the sink/closet from the bed - meaning despite being a room that could sleep 4, when one member of the group was awake / drying hair / using sink, etc., there was no way to buffer the light or the noise from the rest of the party, meaning everyone was bothered. One receptacle pulled out of the wall. The "sleeper couch" was……

“The room was clean but both we and our friends in a different room had problems with hot water. At 4 pm the water was cold no matter how long it was runnning. In the evening it was hot for several minutes, then barely warm. I had to to get up at 6am to take my morning shower. Air conditioning was fine. Breakfast was good. Staff was polite and helpful.”

“We booked 2 rooms but 1 room had mold on the ceilings. The staff changed the room for us but because they were booked we had to take what was available. Expedia was wrong in indicating that a standard king room could sleep 4 (2 adults and 2 older teen) without a pull out couch or cot. So we cannot blame the hotel as we booked through expedia. That said the GM and front did their best to make our stay comfortable and we appreciated that.”
