I had the best experience in this hotel. Everyone was so professional, courteous and compassionate towards me, a visitor from Miami Florida that needed help and safety. Thank you to all the staff members for making my stay pleasant.

stayed here one night while in Dayton for a Horse Show. Front desk late at night was very nice and my expedia reservation was all in order. Lovely quiet room with plenty of pillows. Very comfortable and more upscale feeling than the $109/night I paid!

Pool was closed for maintenance during all time of my stay.

It’s one of the nicer properties in Miamisburg. Not a lot of riffraff staying there which has been a problem at many other properties in the area. They are refurbishing the whole hotel and it looks really nice.

We had to travel to Dayton, OH this week to be with a loved one whose health had taken a sudden turn for the worse and was put in hospice care. Staff was very attentive. The facilities and rooms were very clean and quiet.

The location was safe and convenient to Austin Landing shops and restaurants.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past four years. It’s always clean, well-staffed and safe. The staff is excellent. The parking lots are well-lit and safe. Never had a bad experience here in 4 years.

The young man who checked us in was very helpful and polite. The gentleman helping with breakfast was also very sweet and helpful. The room was very clean and just as described!

Suite(s) was/were perfect for our family of 9. We ended up having adjoining suites were kids could enjoy indoor play time, as well as fun time in the pool. Conveniently located near 2 kid zones ( slides, balls, trampolines). Loved the use of our kitchen & barbecue outside for meals & the morning breakfast ( even as a boxed breakfast) was wonderful!!!! We spent Christmas at the Dayton South Home2 Suites by Hilton. This is a new property and is meticulously maintained. While there a few nights, we used the gym and pool, both of which were relaxing. They offer an extensive breakfast buffet and have premade sandwiches and healthy options readily available, not just waffle and eggs here. The staff was amazing. Of course, you feel bad when you are the reason they are working... They made us feel welcome and were not upset they were working...
