“We reserved an accessible room due to mobility needs. When we arrived, we were informed that there was only one unoccupied room available, and it was “out of order”. In addition, it was on a higher floor, and the elevator was inoperable. We were obviously unable to stay in that room, and the desk person assured us that we would not be charged for the room. The charge was to be reversed the same night like it never happened. Well, that didn’t happen. We were charged almost $180 for a room……

The tv remote didn’t work the batteries were taped in with black tape there was no smoke detector the ad said breakfast there was none I was told I could park in front of my door I couldn’t I didn’t feel safe where I was I’m 80 years old I saw and heard outside noises that made me uncomfortable. I only stayed because I couldn’t afford to find another place”
