“The check in attendent gave us wrong directions to the best place to park for our room. Therefore, we had many stairs to climb and a longer walk to our room than was necessary. We did not discover the easier way to our room for two days. The room was nice and clean but also had a lot of stairs to climb. We would not have stayed there if I had know about the many staircases. ”

“Bedroom was spacious. Breakfast was tasty. Bob, the co-owner, was always available. The scones at breakfast were delicious!”

“The property was just Ok. Clean enough but outdated. The entry way smelled stale. What I didn’t the like the most was the $35 fee per day if you wanted housekeeping. And the book listing all the items in the rooms with a threat that you will be charged for anything missing. Way to trust your customers. And then when I pointed out something missing at checkout, she said the list is out dated. Just not our best experience”

“Spacious interior, new appliances, comfortable beds. Overall seems it is not ready to be rented out, needs MUCH more attention to make it a comfortable space. Disadvantages: has a cabin type smell, right off a very busy road/not walkable area, loud road and train noise (high speed train directly out the backyard area), sparsely furnished (no actual kitchen table), no living room coffee table, deck and backyard totally unusable/rundown. Deck needed some major power washing. No usable outdoor……
