“A very good stay in Kathmandu! The staff is very helpful - and we felt very well treated by them during our visit. E.g. we had been on a morning Mountain flight, where they had given us a breakfast package. They also gave us breakfast when we got back from the flight. “The hotel is situated at a quiet alley. There is a security guard outside the alley so we felt safe even at night. Staff is friendly and helpful. But we have to complain about the airport pick up service. We reserved the airport pick up service at night. When the hotel driver picked us up, there was another guy helping us to move one of our suitcases to the car. We thought both this guy and the driver were from the hotel.
