Amazing views from amazing property. However, wasn't a big fan of their breakfast buffet (I thought they would have a bigger selection). Orders from the menu was alright, could've been better.
I got the deep tissue massage and it was really good. They didn't have any relaxing music like the spa/massage places in NYC so I played some from my phone (they're having construction on the site, so the noise was a bit bothersome).
nice hotel with relaxing vibe. its a nice place to stay to hope to see distant himalayan views (it was cloudy both days i was there though, but i still enjoyed the stay). the hotel & restaurant staff (including rebecca, pramilla, deepa and others) are wonderful with always being helpful and pleasant. restaurant food was good with many cuisine options. try to get a room on a high floor, so you are above the adjacent building for a better view.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The hotel stands out for its beauty, breakfast (perfect, varied, and delicious), location (right in front of the Himalayan mountain range, one of the most breathtaking views I have ever seen in my life), and facilities (it has everything: game room, swimming pool, hot tub, etc.). However, nothing compares to the staff — the team is outstanding and made us feel truly at home. I cannot wait to return to this hotel.
What a beautiful place. Amazing views. Staff was all very nice. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. I will be returning again and recomending to friends.
We recently enjoyed a wonderful two‑night stay at Hotel Mystic Mountain, Nagarkot on 7 and 8 March 2026, and it was truly memorable. Although the weather did not cooperate enough for us to experience the famous mountain views, the exceptional hospitality more than made up for it.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly polite, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel’s facilities are genuinely world‑class, offering comfort, cleanliness, and a serene environment. Both the breakfast and dinner buffet selections were superb, with an impressive variety of delicious dishes.
A special word of appreciation goes to Bal Krishna Shrestha, whose professionalism, warm nature, and thoughtful assistance made both me and my wife feel completely at home. His support and genuine care added a personal touch that made our stay even more meaningful.
Thank you, Hotel Mystic Mountain, for making our short stay unforgettable. We wish you all the very best for the future, and we look forward to returning soon.

Amazing location, overlooking east to get the beautiful sunrise.
Sadly too much smoke during my stay, didn't get to see the peak of himalsyas.Very friendly staff, delicious food and comfy and spacious room.
The hotel property and service were excellent. The problem with this visit was that the mountains were not visible. We went in the recommended month, April, to see the mountains. All we saw was smog inversion from Kathmandu. There is nothing else to do around the property except view the mountains and use the resort facilities. The spa was excellent.
We had a really great time at Mystic Mountain. The service was awesome and the receptionist, Ms Gurung was super friendly and helpful. Our room had a nice big patio which we loved. However the shower room felt a bit small. If the weather is clear, you get an amazing view of the mountains and clouds right from the room. We were lucky to catch a perfect sunrise and stunning mountain views from our patio. It was absolutely beautiful.
We arrived at Mystic Mountain by bike and unexpectedly ran out of gas. There wasn’t a gas station nearby but Ms. Gurung kindly guided us to a place in the market area which is about 10 minutes away from the hotel, where gas is sold in bottles. That truly saved our day. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely come back again.
Very nice resort like hotel, great food options, eating space, and rooms. A lot of great views from the mountain top and even from the hotel rooms with balcony's (you can see the sunrise with the mountains like Everest even from there)
