“We booked this property at the last minute after another trip had to be abandoned due to flight cancellations. We weren't sure what to expect at the Sonesta as it was our first time. It surpassed all expectations. The property is conveniently located with easy beach and Shipyard community access. “The room had a mildew smell, made her allergies go crazy to tie the entire time we were there. Valet was very uninterested in their jobs. Given their keys. Keys are just sit there on the counter for a long time after your car sitting for a long time. Period of time sitting there unlocked for the man of the cast of the room, the room should be clean and smell nice not smell like mildew every time the AC kicked on we started having sneezing fit.”

“The staff were very welcoming when we arrived. They were friendly, helpful, courteous, and professional. Our room was clean and housekeeping did a great job maintaining our room. The grounds felt very tropical and also well managed (no litter). Our beach view was wonderful.
HH Prime restaurant on the property was very good especially the breakfast buffet.
