“Our first night was fine, it went downhill from there. I had to ask a maid down the hall to wash the floor in the room after 3 days because it had not been done. Bathroom for was dirty and had hair all over it, I had to tell them to clean that as well. They never cleaned the tub during the 7 day stay, one day I cleaned the drain myself, gross! Remote would not work had to get new batteries and ended up getting a new remote, it worked for one night then you had to hit it to make it work again.……

“Very clean, the best replace to eat was the market they have the best food/menus. Imo skip prime & xo. Sadly the hallways and elevators are not air conditioned and extremely humid. We did not have a great experience at prime and spent $200+ so frustrating at the lack of service and food was not great. Overall majority of the staff were friendly and the hotel main areas very clean and smelled nice! The pools were nice but so crowded so hard to enjoy but on the positive side you are super close……

“The room, especially the bathroom could’ve been so much cleaner. There was no hand soap, and the towels looked thrown under the sink. It wasn’t welcoming at all. Didn’t feel clean either.”
