“Property was huge, but very well maintained. Yes there was construction but we never heard it. Water park was very fun, and yes it was crowded Saturday, but we were still able to enjoy all the amenities. Hotel employees were all wonderful and very helpful. Room was a nice size and bed was very comfortable.”

“Room was clean, pool area very dirty and beer and liquor cups were not picked up and no clean pool towels when I got out. Plates and cups everywhere around pool. I asked for a microwave for my room and the microwave was very filthy outside and inside”

“We were pretty disappointed. We did t get adjoining room like we booked. Every single thing on property cost extra, even though the website made it seem like many things were included in the resort fee. The lagoon was SEVERELY lacking. You can’t swim because the water is super shallow and the roped off area was tiny. And the overpriced paddle board and kayaking was a joke. It’s 35 dollars per person per hour and you have a very small area to do it in and you have to wear a life jacket. The lazy……

“We would not stay here again. The first night there were 2 small wasp nests on our balcony and ants all over the counter. We called the front desk and they sent out maintenance who was extremely nice each time we saw him. The front desk however was not very kind and made jokes as oh well this is texas. In the morning we found ants again this time coming out of the sinks. I called the front desk again and they said they would send someone to spray the whole room while we were out for the day. We……
