“We went there that night, and I was extremely dissatisfied as soon as I entered the room. I asked the hotel to change rooms, but they said they were full and couldn't change even if I was willing to pay extra. Although I was unhappy all night, it wasn't a big deal. But what happened next left me completely baffled. This hotel actually used handwritten check-in forms instead of a self-service computer system. “The room was great! Everything about the hotel was wonderful. Quick and easy check in, even though the front desk guy wasn’t too friendly. Got to see the Disneyland fireworks from our room.
