“Upon arrival the hotel looks nice on a corner less than a mile from an event we were in town for. There was limited street parking and the parking garage across from the hotel specifically said for Valet and permits only with a big towing sign so we went back to valet the car. There was no mention or any signage of cost so we assumed, like many places, it’s a tip only cost. {It was in fact not- and we were charged over $46 for the night and when asked the front desk they directed us to the valet……

“Beautiful, spacious, clean property. HOWEVER, entrance is complicated, we never did get a code for the pool gate, if we needed the elevator after 5:30, we had to wait for a resident to come along to open the door. Even after two calls to the help desk, we still were locked out of using the coding system. Great price for the clean room, but the amenities were zero due to the complicated coding of the lock system and the apps. We downloaded two apps, neither allowed us access.”

Therefore, we had to go cash out-of-pocket to find a separate hotel room. We are still awaiting feedback from the property on a refund after alerting them of this issue six days ago. The common areas were……
