“Clean room: On our first day, we noticed that the bed sheets had specks of blood. Housekeeping had either forgotten to change the sheets or did not do so properly. We called the front desk to report this issue, as it was unacceptable. Housekeeping did change the sheets, but the front desk clerk never apologized or offered any compensation, such as a complimentary breakfast. We had some issues by the cleaning crew of not attending to some sheets etc. but the response from the property managers was prompt and great. Areas of improvement : water pressure in bathrooms and better fixtures that need updating. Pergola over table tennis table was unsteady and could fall and injure future guests. Tiles in primary bath need replacement as they have gaps and grout was exposed in corners etc.”
