“Large unit, very clean. Too many email and texts with info on check in and all codes needed to get in building and room. Was confusing and took a day to figure out (but only there basically 2 nights and 1 day). Be careful if you have a lifted vehicle. I called ahead to see if there was going to be a problem parking (I have a 6” lift on my truck). Nobody could tell me. Luckily, I was able to get in and out with only my antenna hitting the ceiling (we had to dodge a few lights hanging down). Just……

“Very hard to find, hard to use app that you have to use to get in and out of the building. No real doors on the bedrooms and the master bedroom door kept sliding open, hot water more like lukewarm and zero water pressure ”

“First let me say that the staff is amazing, very responsive and helpful. The place is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Although the condos are well equipped and modern, we did notice some wear and tear on the furniture. This was my second visit here and I would definitely stay again! ”

“Overall, the size of the apartment was adequate. The issue we had is that there was a leak in one of the bedrooms. Maintenance arrived and was unable to solve the leak, so they just put a bucket underneath it. After calling the support line, they were unable to relocate us to another apartment. Therefore, we had to go cash out-of-pocket to find a separate hotel room. We are still awaiting feedback from the property on a refund after alerting them of this issue six days ago.
