Discrimination against hotels.com customers
My wife booked 2 nights this weekend but when she got there, they had sold her prepaid room to a “preferred” customer. They told her that they were turning away several customers because they booked on a third party website like hotels.com. They were very sorry and made her drive 100 miles back home at 10 pm. No reason for discriminating against customers on third party booking sites.
