Maintenance arrived and was unable to solve the leak, so they just put a bucket underneath it. After calling the support line, they were unable to relocate us to another apartment. "The property has a lot of character and the staff are all very helpful, professional and friendly. My room was nice. Good size, great natural light and nice size bathroom. They use the pump bottles attached to the wall for shampoo conditioner and body wash. Body wash was empty. They have those great mini hexagons tiles, but some of the grout lines were black. That said, I would definitely stay there again."
