Shout out to Mashud who was so welcoming at breakfast each day and went out of his way to make sure my parents were looked after. “Everything about this hotel is excellent… the room was lovely and the housekeeping staff showed great attention to detail. Both the rooftop and spa pool areas were well-kept and restful, and the bar/restaurant staff professional and friendly at all times.
