Great location and very safe, but the constant sound of doors opening and closing was a major downside.”

“First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well. Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP……

“It was a beautiful old restored property. Loved the big jacuzzi tub in the Mission Spa suite. I felt we should have been able to do the geothermal pools for free due to paying $800/night for the room. We didn't have a four poster bed as advertised in all the photos and the room seemed smaller. Spa pools closed at 8pm which was much too early for us. No free breakfast, was just a lot more money for less amenities than we experienced in our hotel the prior night which cost 60% as much.……

“The property was clean and maintained. Nice pool area. I will return.”

“Soundproofing a problem - from above & either side.”

“The pictures don’t do it justice. The decks are literally on the water and provide increíble views for a sunset and sunrise Also appreciate the wine and cheese provide from 5-7pm”

“Great Place to unwind !”

“They changed their breakfast and entertainment venues from the time we registered til the time we arrived. No movie night and breakfast was minimal.”
