“The hotel was beautiful. Very well appointed. Parking has to be valet for $30 a night. Otherwise free parking on the street if you can find it. Staff was very nice and you can't beat the location. Downtown Kirkland offers everything you could possibly need and near Lake Washington. Highly recommend this hotel! ”

“This hotel has better views than others at more than double the price. It is impeccable and extremely quiet. Indeed, we never saw another guest, although the parking was mostly full. Lakeview is across the street from the best market in Kirkland, which also serves excellent coffee and to-die-for fresh cookies. Our room was spacious and contained everything needed. The only downside was check-in. A sign on the door asked guests to call a telephone number. We were directed to a back……

“The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that ”
