“First night ( Saturday night) it was so noisy until midnight:( . Second night is much better. You book 2 nights, they don’t clean your room next day:( Overall it’s good place to stay.”

“Probably due to limitations of the vertical movement of the elevators, we , staying at the lower level, took ages to get to the front desk to check out.”

“The attic rooms, which are expensive, are not fit for purpose in hot weather. No air-con, of course, but you can barely open the windows. The sun blasts on to the roof just above and creates an oven! The provided fan was little help. Very bad night's sleep. The unhelpful receptionist told me that the hot room was due to the heat. I asked if we could swap rooms, but he said the hotel was fully booked, despite a portable sign outside saying 'Rooms available tonight'. Breakfast was very poor.……

“Good location. Bed was very comfortable. Special room a view of cathedral was 90% blocked by trees. Sink drain was plugged w hair.”

“We’ve booked one night here at first, then we decided to go there one day before and booked one more day. We told the reception lady when we arrived check in, she said it’s ok, no need to do the check in again and we could stay in the same room. The next day at ten mins before ten, a housekeeper locked on our door and told us to check out. We’re surprised and told her our case, she told us to check with the reception. Then the reception said we’ve to check out and come back by 4 to check in……
