Couldn’t recommend Bush hotel enough! From the minute I booked to leaving the staff have been amazing! I used the venue the night before my wedding and had hair and makeup arrive early, the staff were so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed to start getting ready! Will definitely be back!
Very nice staff, very helpful. Hotel is easy to find and a short walk from the station. Decent food.
Seemed pricey for a winter stay. Room cold on arrival, took a while to warm up.

Great breakfast, nice spacious room and friendly staff
Always enjoy staying at the Bush with my family. The outstanding customer service from the staff, with modern, comfortable rooms make this a no brained in Farnham.
We continue to love our trips to the Bush - beautifully maintained hotel conveniently located in the heart of Farnham with the smell of roaring fire places & full English breakfasts. The staff is always friendly & engaging as well. Highly recommend.
The Bush Farnham is a really lovely welcoming hotel particularly at Christmas time. We stayed overnight after visiting Farnham for Christmas shopping. The fires were lit, there was mulled wine, the staff were friendly and the place was festively decorated. It was really lovely. Our vintage room was spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable and we were looking forward to a great night sleep. Unfortunately from about 11:30 pm onwards the Night Manager who was below our room was noisy all night - talking very loudly, sneezing proper man-sneezes at the top of his voice, sighing as loud as he possibly could, banging drawers, doors goodness knows what, talking to I don’t know who all night, again at the top of his voice. The sound carried all the way through the floor, and even with earplugs in, I did not get a wink of sleep. Hence the 4 stars. It was such a shame because everything else at the hotel, including the fabulous buffet breakfast the next day was incredible, and as I said all the other staff were amazing and helpful and friendly. So all I can say is, I will be visiting again, I just won’t be staying in room 243 and the night manager needs to learn about an indoor-people-are-sleeping voice.
The room was beautifully clean and comfortable. Tea. Offer available as was a nespresso machine. Bathroom had high end toiletries. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel
Attending a party locally, finishing after 8pm and asked if it would be helpful if we booked in on our way there, circa noon. We absolutely did not need the room, just trying to be helpful.. Reply was there would be a charge of £25 if we did this! Also, a charge of £5 for the car park! I am disabled although I didn't mention this. Room 122 was a long, long walk and the room above had noisy occupants and much door slamming in the morning. The A/c had a very loud 'click' all through the night. Not the best stay....!

Asked for an accessible room that was disabled friendly over the phone in the lead up to the stay. This was confirmed over the phone but on arrival this was not the case.
Overall my wife (80yrs old) and I (78 years old) enjoyed our weekend stay and would stay again. Having said that it is of more value to you for us to highlight the things we didn't like.
We were put on the third floor room 322 which is about as far from reception as you can get. There is no lift. The room had a fridge with water and tea making equipment hidden in a cupboard which we didn't discover until we were packing to leave. The room has a shower over the bath which is potentially a dangerous set up. I still have the leg bruise from a standing leg slip. The evening meal menu was not very extensive but fortunately there are many local restaurants. Whilst there we attended a wedding at The Castle, where the food was excellent. The bedding turn down was for people under 5 foot tall ie the sheets reached mid chest rather than under ones chin.
