First impressions are lasting impressions. My stay at this hotel tarnished by the crass customer service of Front of House Manager Christos who was on reception. I arrived at 2pm and was robustly informed check in was 4pm. I'd requested 2pm and had just driven 200 miles to be there. No sympathy or apology whatever, he just repeated several times in a 'jobsworth' style "Check in at 4pm" Offered a room at that time if I paid another £30 which made it even more galling as obviously rooms where available. No attempt to contact housekeeping to see if a room available for a weary traveller. 'Not bovered' Besides his gruff manner his English was very hard to understand, needs speaking training as well as learning to smile and be welcoming to guests. In a word 'Disgusting'
