“The hotel is looking very tired.
Shortage of sockets in the room for charging electronic devices.
Service was good but not amazing.
Ate at Farmer Butcher Chef and was disappointed with the quality of the food.
Overall given the prices they charge at the hotel and restaurant it was not great.
Chosen for the convenience of being on site for the Goodwood event we attended but we would likely not stay there again.”

“Our experience at this hotel was excellent. The lady assisting us to check in was very nice. She showed us around the hotel facilities and gave my kids swimming toys.
The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel had three swimming pool, one indoor and two outdoor. My kids really enjoyed the pool.
In addition, the included breakfast was delicious.
This hotel definitely deserves that we come back.”

“The room was very clean but the shower had an ingrained floor, a broken tile on the shower step and broken grouting around skirting. The steam room hinges were so rusty that I was surprised they still held the door on and the jacuzzi was mostly peeled paint would not have liked to use it. The childrens play area consisted of one very worn swing and a dilapitated play shoe. The games had one worn pool table. This was for the use of 50 rooms.
