“We enjoyed our stay at the Go Quito Hotel. The rooms were clean, stylish, and comfortable, and the views from the rooftop restaurant were absolutely beautiful. The front desk staff were pleasant, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. However, service at the rooftop restaurant was quite slow for both breakfast and dinner, and it often seemed understaffed. The coffee was also never served hot enough. “Basically you never make mistake when staying by NH Hotels. But this time, it was a mess. I made reservation thru Hotel.com and it shows breakfast included. When we check in at first day, staff asked us to pay for breakfast and we refused, ask them to check with Hotel.com. 2nd. day, staff asked us again to pay breakfast and we insist don't pay, it's problem between NH and Hotel.com.
