“客房，早餐都太好了”

“Basically you never make mistake when staying by NH Hotels. But this time, it was a mess. I made reservation thru Hotel.com and it shows breakfast included. When we check in at first day, staff asked us to pay for breakfast and we refused, ask them to check with Hotel.com. 2nd. day, staff asked us again to pay breakfast and we insist don't pay, it's problem between NH and Hotel.com. Then, few hours later, they apologized for this mistake, everything was solved. 3rd. day when we check out, NH……

“Excelente personal, el desayuno resultó delicioso. Toda la ciudad limpia! Un hermoso destino!”

“The rooms were very outdated and not very clean. There was no air conditioner in the rooms. We had to request for fans which they did have. Saturday night, there was such loud music from outside it was so loud that makes it impossible to sleep. However, the staff were great and very friendly and helpful. The location was great. 3 minutes walk to the arts and crafts market. The breakfast buffet was also wonderful.”

“Best lux-eco adventure holiday you'll have. Cloud forest hikes, expert guide, flora-fauna discovery, waterfall swims, sky-pedal over canopy, excellent food, perfect spa, in a loose structure. Great four day ending to Galapagos adventures.”

“Casa Firenza wasn’t my first choice, but it turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! We stayed in a beautiful suite overlooking the park and cathedral. The location was unbeatable, and we even enjoyed the city’s horse parade right from our balcony! Breakfast at Bogoli, the rooftop restaurant, came with stunning views of Cuenca. From early check-in to convenient laundry services and impeccable daily housekeeping, everything exceeded our expectations. But what truly sets……

“Estubo todo muy lindo, solo fue el dia no nos acompano para poder ver el volcan”

“Amazing villa with 3 bedrooms and many lounge areas. The staff and owners were very accommodating and even brought our breakfast to us, as we weren’t staying on the main property. Very clean, amazing views, and it was all in a private neighborhood. It is very safe in Mindo. Fresh fruit trees are growing in the backyard, and yes, you will see many new animals. This is the perfect place for your “I need to do this” vacation. The jacuzzi and pool table were a nice touch. Perfecto! We will……

“A nice quiet getaway about 35 minutes from Cuenca. Surrounded by nature, enabling one to go for walks. It is a family run place and the hosts are very friendly and helpful.”
