“It was the best hotel on our island hopping trip to the galapagos. It really deserves the four stars! Our room was impeccable, complete and comfortable breakfast, they have a lounge in the restaurant Bahia Mar that’s not open everyday, it was the only disappointment since there is no service at the lounge, we ended up having dinner at the restaurant beside.”

“1 star for the front desk guy who was amazing and super friendly.. 0 stars for the noise level(howling and barking dogs all day and night), highly scented interior that's causing my illness to flare up, no hot water in the shower for the last 2 days and nights... when the hot water did work it went to scalding randomly. Extremely dangerous. People were watching porn very loud... some guy was on the patio talking on the phone with the speakerphone on. Overall I'm leaving for another hotel. I……

“The staff is very friendly and the lighting and bedding are great, with plenty of blankets provided. However, the breakfast is just average. A major downside is the shower design, which causes the entire bathroom floor to get wet—this definitely needs to be fixed. Also, we could have used more towels during our stay.”
