“Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

“Interesting complex of a hotel spread out over a large area with many separate buildings which gave a uniqueness but orientationof getting around was not straightforward, Very hilly. Great grounds and very relaxing good service but could have been more attentive around the pool area.”

“Excellent hotel with lots of activities for children. Animation team were varied - some great, some not so much. Would avoid leaving children in the baby room. Rooms were the best I’ve stayed in when travelling with children. A bath and kitchenette were exactly what we needed. Hotel will also provide any additional things you may need - we asked for a bottle warmer and high chair. Treated my son’s allergy seriously and cooked all his food from scratch in the kitchen.”

It’s our second year at this hotel. We had so much fun! Its location is right in the heart of Adeje. Handy for restaurants and seaside walks and access to the town and market. 100% would go again for a third time. ”

“A truly 5-star hotel with superb attention to detail. What made it stands out from all other luxury hotels we stayed in the past is the service, reception, pool side, restaurant, snack bar, spa, maid, everyone is so friendly and helpful. We had a junior suite with decent size balcony, wonderful view over the ocean and beach. Very clean and spacious bathroom. Highly recommend half board as the dinner quality is really good (buffet starter and dessert, main course is made to order to choose from 6……

“Wat een heerlijk resort! Alles klopt. Vriendelijk personeel die je altijd vriendelijk groeten en helpen. Alles zit erbij, tot aan je vaatwassertabletten en koffiecups aan toe. Heerlijk terras met ligstoelen, loungeset en eettafel. Twee heerlijke gedeelde zwembaden. Eentje bij de bar en de andere wat rustiger. Je betaalt wat, maar dan heb je ook echt wat. Aanrader.”

“Really enjoyed my stay the room was absolutely perfect so much room it was great. The staff were really friendly and polite, also the spa was absolutely amazing the best if been to nice wee gym aswell the pools outside were amazing especially the jacuzzi one I couldn’t get out of it I loved it and a good decent buffet breakfast with friendly staff can’t complain only thing I wanted a late check out but couldn’t get it as my flight was until late but they gave me a room so I could clean up. ……

“Very nice apartment, but one day suddenly the water turned off for 15 minutes and nobody told us. The apartment was clean but some corners of the bathroom were not cleaned. Toiletpaper was never refilled. We've booked breakfast, that was very good with some special offerings like Spanish Breakfast. A lot of families were in the breakfast room, so it was quite loud. The pools were very nice and heated.”
