“El lugar divino y cómodo, lamentablemente nos tocó esperar más de las 3 pm (hora check in) para tener nuestra habitación ya que estaba retrasada, es primeriza vez que me pasa en un hotel, la comida muy buena, la atención del personal en lobby y piscina muy buena, aunque en el restaurante de desayuno, pésima, creo que en si deben de enfocarse más en servicio al cliente. Dejé mis gafas olvidadas en el restaurante de sushi y pregunté en el lobby si quizás las tenían y la repsuesta fue un no muy...

“I’ve been to Turks with friends and family several times, but this was the first time I rented a beachfront property with concierge service and it was an amazing experience. The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. We also opted for gourmet chef service, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean, with high-quality towels, shampoo, and all the amenities we could imagine....

"El lugar divino y cómodo, lamentablemente nos tocó esperar más de las 3 pm (hora check in) para tener nuestra habitación ya que estaba retrasada, es primeriza vez que me pasa en un hotel, la comida muy buena, la atención del personal en lobby y piscina muy buena, aunque en el restaurante de desayuno, pésima, creo que en si deben de enfocarse más en servicio al cliente. Dejé mis gafas olvidadas en el restaurante de sushi y pregunté en el lobby si quizás las tenían y la repsuesta fue un no muy cortante. Sin ofrecerme algún tipo de ayuda para encontrarlas. Algo muy positivo es que me ayudaron muchísimo a mantener mi hielera yeti en congelación, ya que al ser madre lactante y viajar sin mi bebé debía seguir extrayendome y almacenando la leche en n varios horarios al día, el personal fue muy amable y paciente cada vez que pedía mi hielera. Es un hotel divino y perfecto para descansar "
