“Such a great place to stay! The staff are amazing and so helpful they will go above and beyond to help you have a great trip. They are like family.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ COMO Parrot Cay delivered exactly what we were looking for: peace, privacy, and the opportunity to truly disconnect. What made this stay unforgettable was the people. We have stayed at many wonderful hotels around the world, but this was one of the very few where we learned and remembered the names of so many team members because of the genuine care they showed every single day. Thank you to Leo, Alex, Ugyen, Yoga, Om, Valerio, Punami, and Claribel. You made us feel welcomed, cared for,……

“High end, low key. Old school Caribbean. Very personable, all staff are exceptional. Food excellent. ”

“Terrible experience. When we arrived at the property, the place was very dirty, poorly maintained, and in very bad condition. It was obvious that there had been no proper upkeep. The condition was so bad that we decided not to stay and had to leave immediately. Even so, we were not given a refund. I find it unacceptable to charge guests for a property in that condition and then refuse to refund them when they cannot even stay there. I do not recommend it at all.”

“My partner and I stayed here while visiting North Caicos and were extremely pleased with the location, the cleanliness of the villa, and the surrounding area. The property is just a 1-minute drive or a 5-minute bike ride to a gorgeous, secluded beach, and about a 20-minute drive to nearby restaurants. This villa does require a ferry ride between Providenciales and North Caicos, and Ransel, the property manager, was exceptionally courteous and supportive in helping arrange transportation and……

“We loved the apartment! It actually exceed our expectations. I especially appreciated the electric kettle 🙂”

“We had such an amazing stay in Turks and Caicos! The place was extremely clean, beautiful, and looked just like the pictures. The view was absolutely breathtaking, especially waking up to the ocean every morning. One of my favorite parts was the shallow sandbar right in the middle of the ocean. You could walk out into the beautiful clear water and just enjoy the scenery—it honestly felt like paradise. The location was peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for a getaway. I would definitely stay here……

“The house is much bigger and roomier than what it initially seemed from the pictures. Possibly the most well equipped vacation rental we have ever stayed at. From the furniture to the utensils it was top notch. Very much enjoyed our stay.”

“We had an incredible stay at Sandy Point Villa. The villa is brand new and beautifully designed, with premium finishes, high-end appliances, and luxurious bathrooms throughout. The layout was perfect for our group, featuring four spacious bedrooms, including two master suites, one on each floor, which provided excellent privacy for multiple couples or families. The outdoor space is truly spectacular. The infinity pool overlooks the water, and you can walk directly from the backyard, past the……

“Amazing apartment and excellent welcoming !”

“quiet neighborhood. duplex had everything that we needed and great location to the beach. ”

“Our family has a tradition of going on a family vacation every two years and so we now have experience with lots of different rentals. I have to say Grace on the Bay was our all time favorite! The villa was gorgeous as was the beach and grounds. It was a perfect fit for our family of 13. The icing on the cake though had to be the extraordinary service provided by our hostess Regina who saw to our every need. She helped us procure fresh fish for dinner one night, made our dinner reservations……

“My crew & I booked for three nights & stayed here not even 24 hours. The women at the property was very welcoming she wasn’t one of the host. If you are afraid of infestation do not book here. I understand rules & policy we all have them, when your guest check out not even 24 hours after check in you should be willing to accommodate them 100%. No I’m not saying a full refund but geeesshhhh act like you have a heart & refund a portion of their funds. ”

“This was a great stay! The water is crystal clear and calm. Snorkel from right behind the house. 3 bedrooms with 3.5 baths. The pool is perfect. Shahida is the host and she helped us set up transportation to and from the airport. We arrived in PLS at 3:30 and the last ferry leaves for North at 5, so we didn’t gamble and we got a private charter. Good thing we did, the ferry was leaving as we were pulling up. The rooms were clean, had all the necessary stuff like paper towels, too, cookware. The……

“We LOVED exploring the island. Snorkeling at Three Mary cays was very memorable. The house is perfect! Its right on the beach, its clean, cozy, and has everything you need to cook.”

“My extended family took a trip here for my wife's 40th birthday and it was absolutely beautiful. The house and views were stunning. We had the entire beach to ourselves 99% of the time which was exactly what we were looking for. The water was calm and clear and our kids loved swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking every chance they could. Not to mention the amazing pool. We hope to go back someday!”
