“This was my boyfriend’s and I first time in Turks and we stayed 4 nights at the West Bay resort. Truly had an amazing experience. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The included breakfast was a great plus to this hotel. The pool and beach were breathtaking and clean. Keep in mind, if you want to explore, be ready to take a taxi or rent a car as this hotel is very secluded. Also, bring cash because the nearest atm is about a 20 minute walk and the taxis only take cash. We were okay……

“We had an amazing stay at Blue Haven Resort. The private beach was absolutely beautiful, and we loved taking advantage of the included paddle boarding and kayaking. A wonderful bonus was being able to use the sister resort, Alexandria. “The hotel staff was amazing very friendly and warm. Hospitality was great. Unfortunately the baby bistro restaurant manager was awful very unprofessional and is not pleasant. I had to speak with the owner about the management at the Bay bistro restaurant. The owner was very nice and he comped me $100 for dinner to make up for the rude restaurant manager.! I will stay at the hotel again. I loved it for the location of the room was literally steps to the beach. I will definitely return to this……

“So nice to be welcomed with friendly smile and helpful tips. The room was cleaned and convenient for everyone including families. Very spacious and roomy. The beach is a short walk away but they offer to drive you . Make sure to ask before heading to the beach for an umbrella and chairs .
