The room was awesome, I rarely come across a place that has a great bed I can actually get some sleep but this place had both great mattress and pillows.

We found our room in tip top shape. It has all the comforts we need for a two night stay in Gig Harbor. We especially like the tip on local restaurants and activities. Great location!!

THIS PLACE IS A GEM!!
Don't let the dated exterior worry you; this hotel is immaculately clean and lovingly cared for. I confess that when we first pulled up I wondered for a moment what we'd gotten ourselves into, but from the moment we walked in to the lobby we were treated warmly and kindly, with a cheerful fireplace, treats on the counter, and a receptionist who was as thorough in her job as she was thoughtful and sweet. When we first opened the door to our room, my jaw dropped with...

I was so surprised by how much I loved this property. It’s dog friendly and the staff is so nice. They have a great free breakfast buffet and free soup and salad every night. Walking trails just outside and lots of dining options. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. We had an end room on the first floor which was great for our dog. The room had high ceilings and was very spacious. Laundry, gym, pool, spa, sauna, and steam room. I’d definitely book here again.

very nice staff, breakfast was great, and enough places to eat around the hotel. Parking was the thing i found to be on the negative side, even though not really a definite negative

SPOTLESSLY clean (even the carpet), cheerful and helpful staff, lovely grounds and comfortable beds in spacious rooms. Delightful little town and Safeway is right behind Transit Center behind the hotel. *NOT good for a solo walk in the evening due to extremely high number of homeless and the Liquor store down the street, but tons of Police keeps the area pretty quiet. Highly recommended stay.

The instructions in the room about getting your vehicle out of the parking garage are incorrect. The management has admitted this needs to be updated, but they haven't done it yet. You need to scan the original paper receipt from the parking garage when you leave the garage, NOT the key card from your room.
Otherwise, our stay was very smooth and we were very happy with the room.

Wasn’t so sure about it when we pulled up. Hotel is old however….. the rooms are brand new! New carpet, paint and bedding. Best nights sleep I have had at a hotel. Would do it again!
