Check in was complicated and the request for additional needed information was very last minute and only triggered when I messaged our host looking for check in information. Typically it arrives 2- 3 days in Advance. The info was sent day of check in. Again, codes should be shared 2-3 days in advance. Big issue regarding having each guests picture ID was not clear until day before our trip. International guest were able to supply them but was indeed a last minute……
