“Feel safe”

“The environment is beautiful.”

“Everything was perfect. Great friendly checkin. When it was time to check out, that’s the issue I had. It was 9:48 am. The cleaning lady knocked on my door. I told her I needed more time. She glared at me and said to me rudely, “how much time ?” I told her 10 minutes. Such a terrible attitude.”

“The staff, William is very helpful.”

“If you are looking for quality on a limited budget, this hotel is the ideal choice. Although the rooms are small, they are notable for their comfort and functionality. I highly recommend it, as the location is unbeatable—just a few steps from the Fashion Square Mall.”

“Interior quite rundown, very basic toiletries; however, given the price for a suite size with a comfy king bed, washer, dryer, dishwasher, etc, how can one complain ??”

“建築及房間老舊，但周邊算是方便。”

“一切都很好，不過如果可以免停車費、房間內能有微波爐就更好了，還是推薦給大家”

“Everything was very nice about the property.”

“The room was located very close to the bar area, so noise from outside was clearly audible. In addition, I did not receive a receipt at checkout. When I later called the front desk to request it, the process took a long time and the staff’s attitude was not very helpful. I eventually received the receipt, but the overall service experience was disappointing.”

“房間空間寬敞整潔，空調涼爽，晚上怕太冷而溫度調高，就整晚都很安靜。櫃檯人員有效率而親切。不過電梯剛好有一台在維修，但早上11點check out時看到有一隊維修人員在旁邊討論待命，感覺對旅館的維護很積極。”

“The front desk staff is nice.”

“Super nice and clean very close to the airport”

“Decent free breakfast in hotel at great location. Rooms definitely upgraded from last stay. Bonus pizza happy hour in the evening. Would stay again, tremendous value. Staff were kind and helpful.”
