We had a wonderful stay at Riad Flam & Spa in Marrakech. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm Moroccan hospitality and felt right at home. The riad is beautiful, peaceful, and full of Moroccan charm. Our room was comfortable and very clean, and the whole place was well maintained. After spending the day exploring the busy streets and souks of Marrakech, it was wonderful to come back to such a quiet and relaxing place. The staff were one of the best parts of our stay. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always ready to make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and gave us a great start to each day. We really enjoyed our time at Riad Flam & Spa and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable! Hakeem

Riad Rumi is an absolute treasure. From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of. Nor, the manager, welcomed us with tea and told us everything we needed to know. We had a dinner made for us on arrival, and it was exceptional! The service, the freshness of the food, it was our favorite part of the whole trip. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is large. Any questions we had were answered. Honestly, the service, the food and the property are all 5/5! The location is so central and easy to walk. We would recommend it for everyone!

Personable and helpful staff, hotel organised in a traditional manner but modified with comforts expected in most hotels - safe and hidden from street noise and above all very conveniently located for Marrakech's attractions and for day-trips.
