“I paid for the suite with a soaking tub and the room had no soaking tub. I would have otherwise not paid for such amenity. Also, the cleaning staff kept turning off our air conditioning. This was quite annoying since it was over 100 degrees in Marrakech - we would have liked to come back to a cold room.
One night we came back and were questioned by management about whether we were really staying at the property.
Finally, the hammam was not in operation and we received no notice of this. We……

“Great 5 night stay. Don’t read bad reviews. Only one moan, one member of staff (usually around pool bar) was really miserable. You’d think he’s not suited to the hospitality sector. Young lad around pool, he was excellent, so helpful and always smiling. Breakfast was decent, just wish they’d try and keep flies off pastries. It’s a fantastic area. A decent walk to supermarket though, that is what it is though. Cleaners brilliant too.”
