"Breakfast was excellent. Great variety on offer. The omelet station was only let down by the fact they didn't wipe out the bowls/pans between clients which is a problem if you have an allergy to dairy! The rooms don't have hairdryers but was told were available from reception. We asked on 3 separate occasions without success. Surely a hotel of this size had more than one! No sink plug in the bathroom washbasin which made shaving a problem. Apart from these little niggles we enjoyed our stay there. Hotel situated right in the centre of all places of interest. Pool and snack bar was very good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Great stay in a beautiful Riad. Truly an oasis from the crazy souks . Staff especially Selma were kind and helpful. The spaces for lounging were gorgeous only downside was the arrangement of the pool which was away from the loungers and the hot tub/jacuzzi was not working to get hot and only suitable for a hot day since it’s cold and shaded."

"Pros: Amazing staff! Like above and beyond! Zachariah is so wonderful and great with clients. They have traditional mint tea and hospitality when you arrive! Cons: A bit run down and my wife said the shower water wasn’t hot enough. "

"Terrace door did not lock and we had to get maintenance in daily. Main bedroom door also was problematic closing. Construction work within 10 metres to our room. Very noisy and dusty. No sauna, spa etc and very small outdoor gym equipment next to pool. Cannot use in the heat. Had to ask repeatedly for water, shampoo, towels etc. Felt like we were annoying the staff by asking for our door to be fixed daily and water. However great location to both old and new town."

"Very rude and unprofessional staff. The AC wasn’t functioning well and most of the time the room was very hot. Room service is very late and not to the standard of the price paid. Misunderstood the booking days and made me pay for an extra night while at checkin I gave them the dates I was supply to stay, when I told them they need to fix it they argued about the new price and when asked for the authorities they wouldn’t call the police and physically blocked me from leaving the premises to call the police. They held my suitcases and passport in my room and did not inform me that I was supposed to checkout on the 19th until I returned from my day out. Overall customer service is very poor and unprofessional, there is no customer satisfaction not the price paid is worth the amenities. Paid similar price at the ritz and had the best ever experience and service. This shows how the hospitality in French managed hotels in Morocco and the customer service in general still lacking and the bureau of tourism should be aware of these issues. I would not recommend this facility to anyone else in the future."
