“First, in my opinion it is neither a resort nor s spa. Located close to a small Mall with dome restaurants & shops. I had a roomy and quiet studio, too bad it sas dimly lit, not practical during my stay in cold and gray weather. Very nice and helpful receptionists werd sleays resdy zo offer onformation or advice. All in all a pleasant stay!”

“ホテルは環境がよく便利なところにあり、部屋も快適でしたが、チェックインまで長い時間待たされました。ホテルの規模に見合わない小さいチェックインカウンターが一つしかなく、スタッフ2ー3人が邪魔しあいながら対応している感じでした。声かけるので座っていてくださいと言われ待っていましたが、後から来た団体客の対応などでまったく声がかからず、何度 か催促しては笑顔で返されるだけ。少しフロントが落ち着いたと思ったら、「今部屋のクリーニングをしているのでもうしばらくお待ちください」とお茶をふるまわれました。せっかく早めに到着したのに、チェックイン待ちでだいぶ損をした気持ちです。”
