“Personalen i receptionen och frukostrestaurangen/poolrestaurangen var verkligen oengagerade och hade NOLL servicekänsla! Frukosten var ingen höjdare, fick ofta fråga efter saker. Vi ville inte äta på hotellet på kvällen pga personalen och mörk/dyster känsla där inne. Poolområdet var okej men poolen var inte så ren och som sagt så var personalen inga glädjespridare direkt. Rummen var inte heller jättefräscht, handdukarna var trådiga längs kanterna och hårblåsen var av förkrigsmodell (men vår……

“We were a group of travellers with children and one single person (I was the single person, and my friends travelled with their three kids) — booking 3 rooms. The couple and I reserved separately, though we both booked on Expedia, therefore read the description very carefully before making our choice, because we were there for less than 24h. We booked the hotel because of the mention of a 24h airport shuttle — there’s no such thing — you must order a taxi from the hotel, who will overcharge you……

En dat kost veel energie na meerdere telefoontje naar receptie en dan laat in de avond werd het gebracht. Er was savonds 1 bar voor alle drinken werd voor 23:00 savonds tegen ons gezegd is gesloten. Le riad est superbe et rénové dans le plus pur style marrackchi. Tout y est élégant et travaillé avec goût. Un havre de paix vert et doté d'une piscine où il est délicieux de se rafraîchir après les ballades et les visites en sirotant un jus de citron à la menthe.
