“Great place! This house is in a great location to get to downtown Erie, the Penninsula and plenty of restaurants and shops. It was just my friend and me for a couple of days and the house was more than perfect. There are four bedrooms and two with new king beds. It’s rare to find a rental with king beds! “Loved this home for a weekend trip. Plenty of space, very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. It’s veryclose to favorite fishing spots and some of our favorite restaurants from Conneaut, OH to Erie. Close to the highway for easy access but secluded enough to feel private. Josh was a great host, very easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely come back! ”

“Everything was as described and very pleasant. Access was easy. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps more towels for the guests. There was only one bath towel, one Hand towel and one washcloth for each guest, and many women need two bath towels when getting a shower, one for their body and one for their hair. That being said, it was a very wonderful stay ”

“We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. It was clean, comfortable and nicely updated. There were many fine amenities including a well stocked kitchen. The location was perfect for our visit to Erie. It's close to the bayfront, many restaurants, several nice museums and Presque Isle. “The place was clean and provided enough towels and bedding. There is a washer and dryer but no dishwasher. . It is pet friendly and has an area in the backyard that is fenced but it isn’t directly from the back door. There is a fire pit and picnic table. The beds have built in charging stations and the mattresses are relatively comfortable. If you are used to a high end mattress it may not meet your standards. It is an easy drive to the convention center, shopping mall and Presque Isle State……

“My granddaughter & I had a fun chilly May weekend in Edinboro celebrating her 13th birthday! Boro Bungalow is so pretty, was more space than we needed & had everything for us from a whistling tea kettle to comfy beds. We enjoyed (short 5 minute) “walk to peaceful lake & Bagel Shop “drive to town for lively Edinboro Music & Art Festival, good spots to eat (recommend Flips) & small shops, gas stations, CVS.
