“Tremendous view, great value!”

“This was perfect for my family and I during our visit for the Steelers game! Thank you so much!”

“Nice area near downtown without the price. ”

“Great location and close to food and entertainment.”

“This apartment was wonderful! The location was great and walkable to downtown, the host was very responsive and helpful, and it was very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could have needed. The bed was comfortable and AC worked well. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone attending for a sporting event or concert. Could not have had a better experience!!”

“It was a great location for the activities that my wife and I had planned. The only issue I had was with the city of Pittsburgh and its road system. There was a very steep and narrow road one had to take to get where we wanted to go. The apartment itself was beautiful and well maintained.”

“We had an amazing visit. Chad was incredibly helpful and attentive as a host. The views were beautiful and the accessibility to the Incline to walk to various spots in the city made it even better for our needs as we wanted to get lots of fresh air and see the city. Parking spots behind the property were great! We parked the car for most of our long weekend, moving it only to drive to the strip for breakfast one day. Kitchen area was well appointed (though we did not cook it was nice to see……

“Unfortunately, I can't recommend this Grand Avenue Apt. as it was sub-par to all those I've stayed in. It offers only the most bare basics in the kitchen (eg, only 1 small pairing knife, minimal utensils, no corkscrew or bottle opener, and no cooking supplies), the view is only from the street (not the apt), the wifi continually went out, the AC only cools the bedroom, and the mattress was lumpy and broken (listing significantly to one side against the wall). It's a shame as, with some attention……

“The property was accurately advertised. Close to places to eat, shop and convenient to stay within the city. Parking might be a problem for weekdays but weekends are great as the Dollar Bank parking is an option. The only drawback is the access to the Internet which may be sketchy if working from the unit. But overall the place is very clean and convenient. Will probably book again.”

“Communication was amazing and easy to understand. It was also a nice location. 10/10”
