“My stay was horrendous. I found getting into the building a nightmare, having not signed in online. Others were in the same boat. You needed two codes, one for the building, the other for the room, contained in 'secure messages' buried in emails. My room smelt really manky and later that night I couldnt close the door which had moved away from the frame. I had to change rooms at 11.30pm with numerous trips with my stuff. “Great Location but a bit tired and the oven was faulty which made cooking impossible. The fridge/ Freezer was in need of defrosting. Communal washing machine hard to find. Needed a deep clean. Great location saved it.”

“Good location , but I thought I had booked a one bedroom apartment it was in fact a studio. It was also quite grubby with poor quality furniture”

“This is my first time booking a hotel on hotel.com. It is not as convenient as booking, but the customer service is OK. The location is relatively easy to find, it is a big apartment, and I am very satisfied with everything.”

“Great stay in a top location, lovely clean studio flat , only downfall was the parking and had to park streets away at times but all in all top notch ”

“Small clean room cosy and warm bus stop right outside the apartments but very noisy you can hear every move of other residents in the property”

“Thanks for the stay traveled with a baby for 2 days check out is 10 am how ever there was no fuss checking out at 10:30 fault of my own cleaning up the pots and pans I used”

“A fabulous place to stay for exploring Bristol city & area. Great public transport links so car isn’t needed.”

“Great location, close to a car park and all the things central in Bath”

“The apartment is very nice, albeit a little hot in the heat wave and windows only open a small amount. The only slight criticism is that the photos that were shown for the apartment showed a patio which we were delighted with and were hoping to use. But when we got there it turned out this wasn't for our apartment, so we couldn't use it. Slight false marketing. Otherwise, I can't fault it - really nice location, clean, above my expectations!”
