The hotel staff were welcoming upon arrival and the room was nice and clean and tidy. The hotel is modern throughout. Staff were polite and professional and couldn't be any more helpful. Great place to stay and great value.

One of the best hidden gems!

Fab place to stay, modern with a high quality decorative finish, always perfectly presented rooms with great facilities. Food in the diner is excellent and good value, staff always attentive and polite.

Great Stopover

A really fantastic place for a stopover, it far exceeded expectations. Great sized room, huge bed and all the linens and pilliws were so comfortable. Cow shed toiletries were a lovely bonus. The adjacent diner was great value for money.

Superb toiletries, large TV, great location for Cribbs Causeway, 10 min walk to TGI's. 30 min drive to airport, complementary coffee/tea. Instant boiled & cooled water on tap in corridor, water carafe in room & milks, more available from reception, highly recommended
