“I had single room 102. No problems with access arrangements. It was clean and had adequate furnishings a kettle and hairdryer. Bed was comfortable but there was not mattress protector, although mattress was clean. Could do with a blackout curtain. Parking on site was a bonus although there was plenty of street parking. Would use again but booking direct as it is cheaper. Downside was toilets being flushed during night were noisy and disturbed. Fire alarm went off early morning so overall not……

“The location was good, within 10-15 walking distance to city centre. A big car park nearby (5/10min walk) . Room was clean and fair size for the price we paid. First time I have stayed in a place provided with hot chocolate drink and biscuits which were a warm touch to the guests. However, the shower we had was painfully slow and unstable to use. None the less , I would appreciate if I were informed in advance that our room was at the top floor (3rd/4th?) , having to take our suit cases to climb……
