"Attended an event there and they did not explain how the parking worked. I told them I was going to be there through Sunday evening and paid the parking fee and when I checked out I doubled checked it was okay my car was still there. When I went to leave I was told I had to pay an extra day fee, but there wasn't even a parking attendant there. Had to pay an extra $25 when I could have just parked on the street for free. Will not be staying here and instead will choose the Hyatt down the street going forward for future events at this location."
