“Overall, the location of this place and the apartment itself is wonderful. The check-in process is cumbersome, as well as the process to get/use the garage access. However, I would do it all over again, the price for parking here is much cheaper than anywhere else. There is quick and easy access to DC via the subway. Definitely recommend staying here with a family versus in DC for much more cost.”

“A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access. The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities. The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. “We loved that the property had a balcony and that the parking was private. You do have to pay for the parking garage but it is not bad. The fact that there was a washing machine and a dryer was great as well especially since we stayed for 5 days total and had our children with us. The kitchen was easy to cook on even though the pots and pans were a little outdated or overused. The trash was easy. Overall, if we were to come back to Virginia to visit D.C we would definitely stay here again. I...

“This property absolutely amazing I loved everything, clean smelt great only thing is extremely noisy, because of the public and fire trucks all night long , to get access to the key fob was a task there should be better instructions to get the key other then that I will definitely stay again”

“The location was great. It was quite walkable to transportation, stores and restarants. The bathroom was in need of an update. We had an issue with our payment. We paid through Vrbo and while we were in the unit, we received a call from someone who said we owed more money. My husband paid again for the unit so we wouldn't get kicked out of the unit during our vacation.”
