“It was not easy to find as there has no significant hotel name on the entrance. There has 2 or 3 staircases on the entrance which is not convenient for the customers when they have large luggage. The house-keeping team seems to be a bit careless without checking everything properly before release the room to new visitors. ”

“Clean rapacious room for being in Portugal. Friendly staff. Amazing rooftop terrace with views. Preferred a better location but still walkable to shops and restaurants within 15 min at least. Our train arrived at 10am, we were expecting to drop off luggage. Upon arrival, the rooms were ready, but they charged a 10 euro fee for early check in— I feel that’s the only main cons for the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel. ”
