“Terrible. Small and very unclean”

“A very quiet area off the beaten path at hornell. An excellent alternative to the Hampton inn”

“Very clean, well lite and safe environment around the property, loved it”

“For the price, it was very surprising the breakfast only had prepackaged items plus waffle iron. Occasionally will have hard-boiled eggs but not guaranteed. You get the same/worse breakfast here than some $70 per night inns. Soundproofing is poor. The old interior aesthetic is cute. Staff is friendly and helpful.”

“Very clean and a great location for my visit to Hornell. ”

“I loved the property! Very cute and clean! It was comfy and host was great!”

“We could not have asked for a nicer host and hostess!”

“It is hard to find the bathroom light switch in the dark. An easy fix, but not a great greeting after a long trip. The room was clean but an extra blanket would be nice. I would suggest that you use the word "precisely....at 8:30." Our breakfast was fresh and hot, but another couple came down later after their plates had been served on the table long before they arrived. I don't find any excuse for that. “Breakfast area is small, not enough tables and chairs”

“Dirty, gross, guy at the desk walks around with no shoes or socks everywhere. It smells like death. Look at mattress with no sheets and you'll leave”

“This property is in a sad state of decline...wouldn't recommend to my worst friend”

“We enjoyed our week at the Lake House. The ATV riders enjoyed the access to the trail and the fishing off the dock was fun. Great place for family fun. The house was well stocked with supplies and the hosts provided great communication and information. We were irritated with the amount of flies that were able to come inside and would recommend some window and door screen repairs to limit pests.”

“We had a wonderful weekend get away! Three couples enjoying each others company. Plenty of space, very clean, well equipped, very comfortable beds. Over all a perfect place to stay! We attended the Tall Pines ATV parks winter run. We were able to ride our machines right from the house! Only took 5 minutes! Samantha was an amazing host! ”

“Clean room, helpful staff, nothing really spectacular, nothing bad.”
