The staff was exceptionally friendly and supportive and the property is in outstanding condition. The food was great and our room (the Signature Suite) was luxurious. Highly recommend this beautiful property as the place to stay in Olean or the immediate surrounding area.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this sweet B&B. Joan met us at the door and gave us the door code and WiFi password (they were posted as well), provided a little history of the beautiful home and arranged a time for breakfast the following morning. The room was clean. We had a jetted tub and a thermostat for our room (which Joan had turned on the heat prior to our arrival). There was an air conditioner in the window of the room. Breakfast every morning was delicious! We will definitely be returning when……
